The Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) scholarships encourage the study of geophysics and related geosciences in universities around the world. SEG is traditionally generous with its awards to Canadian students, including two scholarships that were endowed by KEGS in 1998. 

These scholarships are not administered by BCGS, nor by the KEGS Foundation. It is up to students to find details. Online applications are accepted each year from 1 November through 1 March.
