2019 Fall Symposium: Geophysics Applications to Environmental, Civil, and Mining Engineering Studies

One of the main focuses will be on tailings storage facilities (TSF) and the recent dam failures that have been well publicized recently. The topic will be reviewed by leading geotechnical and geophysical experts introducing the challenges of monitoring TSFs and providing case studies showcasing a variety of geophysical applications.
